The differences appear to stem from the credit unions’ more consultative approach, more consumer-friendly pricing, thoughtful products and services, and the overall sense of trust these institutions foster. Customers — especially younger consumers — seek relationships with organizations that have an obvious commitment to themselves and their broader community.
